Before writing my second post,I would first like to thank all of you for your love and support.After receiving sweet responses from all of you wonderful people,I'm even more determined about my blog thingy..

 So back to the post now..I've been one girl out there who has always wanted to wear a pink lippy,but my 'pink wish' always saw demons ahead of it.Demon1,not being able to find my HG pink lipstick and Demon2,pink washes me out :(

 Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush comes in a small (remember the quantity,good things come in small package) pretty jar/tub.The see through glass jar containing the mousse has a plastic cap,which is interestingly in the same colour as the mousse blush (all the 5 shades have matching caps). The shade name and the number is there on the cap :) The glass jar does not appear to be easily breakable though it adds weight to the product.

To start off, Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush comes in 5 shades (Cloud Wine,Whipped Strawberries,Pink Frosting,Peach Satin and Soft Plum).But we Indians can lay our hands only on Peach Satin and Soft Plum (remember to ask your friends from abroad to get you Whipped Strawberries,i've heard its a gorgeous shade).Soft Plum in the jar looks like a rosy pink with very slight peach undertones,but once applied it gives a very pretty rosy glow to the cheeks.It has extremely fine gold shimmer which is more obvious in the day light,but by no means it is OTT. This particular shade is quite pigmented and buildable and looks awesome when paired with a pink,puple,mauve or berry colored lipstick.

Unfortunately,I suffer from this problem of loving pink lippies yet not being able to pull them off well,the reason you ask....most of these wash me out:( (specially the cool toned ones).So to take me out of this sob-sob situation,Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush in Soft Plum comes to my rescue.Infact to it goes the credit of introducing me to the world of cream blushes(read air-whipped).Its a mousse that is smooth like a dream (now that justifies the name-dream mousse). It gives a very natural glow to the cheeks.Its smooth texture makes its application pretty seamless,so its perfect for beginners.I apply it on the apple of  my cheeks using my fingers only and that saves me the hassle of using a brush.It gives that pinched cheeks kinda colour which is subtle enough for everyday use and it is buildable too for that "rosy evening look".It lasts for about 3-4 hours,though for the evening party look I set it up with a powder blush.All in all its my everyday blush!

My Likes:
1.Saves me looking washed out and pale.
2.Smooth as a dream.
3.Jar is small enough to carry in bag.
4.Very pocket friendly :)
5.The cap/lid depicts the colour of the blush.
6.Blush has a shade name.
7.Easy to apply (looks seamless)
8.Decent staying power for the price.
9.Good for beginners.
10.Colour is buildable.
11.One jar lasts for a pretty long time.

My Dislikes:
1.Glass jar has a risk of breaking.
2.Only two shades (peach satin and soft plum) available in India.

Last Word:
Its my all time favorite everyday blush.It does not stay all day long but for this price i don't even expect it to.I'm sure most of you have used it at some point of time,for those who have not...grab one!

Repurchase:
I don't think it will finish anytime soon,once it does I'll surely repurchase it.

Last Word:
The shade goes on with most of the looks and colours. The pigmentation and texture is good enough to make it the blush I reach out for most of the time.

Repurchase:
I guess this exact range and shade has been discontinued by the brand and it now comes in a new packaging with similar looking shades having different names at a much higher price... So I guess,the question of repurchase doesn't arrive!

 Peach Glow is a deep warm orange shade. Its more rusty than peachy! Its a beautiful shade for sure and would suit all skin tones! But the very obvious golden shimmers in it make apt for night time application only!

Packaging:
Well this is probably the USP of this blush..It comes in a sleek and neat steel grey packaging,it has a mirror too and the pan click locks. Very travel friendly and classy for sure!

My Take:
I love peachy blushes and this love made me buy Faces Glam On Cream Blush in Peach Glow. I was in love with it the moment I saw it. The packaging is neat,sleek and classy.The mirror finish added to it being upmarket. But soon all this excitement was gone...the moment I swatch it :( 
A- it wasn't peachy as the name suggests..its bronzy orange :(
B- the shimmers..I'm not a fan of shimmery blushes and this one's way too shimmery for me The golden shimmers though miniscule in size come out in abundance in just a single swatch. Very Obvious in both day and night!
C- Its not creamy :( Infact its way too hard to blend and I can't even imagine applying it in winters because it gets even more stiff then! 
Now it sits pretty in my stash (don't forget its good to look at :P) waiting for all the weddings,engagements,birthdays,housewarmings and the like.. coz I definitely don't see myself wearing it other than that :/

Unfortunately my Camera couldn't capture the shimmers :(

My Likes:

4. Takes very little space in bag.. travel friendly.
5. Won't melt in summers.
6. Highly pigmented.

My Dislikes:
1. The golden shimmers are too obvious.
2. Difficult to blend.. brushes can't blend it,u'll have to dip fingers.
3. The shade- its not peach its intense orange with red undertones.
4. Only a party wear!
5. Staying power is poor.. and the shimmers are left behind :(

Last word:
There are certain cons of online shopping... this was one! Good only for night parties :/

I can't emphasize the importance of a blush/bronzer in my life enough..Bronzers are the perfect way to get that summer look year-round. These products don’t really call attention to themselves when applied properly. But it only takes a couple minutes for them to add a gorgeous radiance to your skin. Lakme Pure Rouge Blusher in Honey Bunch is actually a blusher that would look very nice on dusky beauties,but on my skin tone it works well as a bronzer..read on to know more:

Shades Available:
Honey Bunch is a warm brown shade without any shimmer (though a slight shimmer is visible in the pan,it does not get transfer to the skin). The packaging shows it as a true brown shade but on my skin it shows pink undertones as well. The fact that it has satin matte finish makes it super wearable even during the day.

Packaging:
It comes in a boring purplish-maroon square case,with a transparent attached lid. It also has a brush inside which is hardly of any use. The only good thing is that it is sleek enough to fit in your every day makeup pouch that you carry in your handbag.

My Take: 
I personally love using bronzers and blushes. They give so much definition to the face.Bronzer is one item that can really make or break your look. It can make you look warm, glowy, and naturally enhanced or it can just make you look like a clown. A good rule of thumb is to just choose a color two shades darker than your skin tone. Any darker and you will be slinging mud on your face. Since Honey Bunch is almost 2-3 shades darker than my natural skin tone,I very conveniently use it to contour my face. It works equally well as a day+night time blush too.
