We love Shoes don't we? Add to that the disloyalty towards any particular style or brand and u have me ;)
Yup from my good ol' sneakers to the recent pumps I love them alllllllll..and no matter what I'm not ready to part with them :)
So,here's a sneak peak what I bought recently :)
The White peep-toes to welcome the summer...
And the other two..well there's a story behind:
I went to a shoe store searching for something in nude.. medium heel pumps or even nice nude flat shoes..but as my luck would have it,I strolled down the store not to find one I was searching for. Just when I was about to leave,my eyes stuck on these black beauties .. and I became completely oblivious to what I came searching for :P
I asked the SA about the price and I was told since they are planning to shift the showroom from Delhi to Gurgaon..they have slashed the price of all their stuff to 50%
*eyes rolled..screaming inside..*
As if a poor gal who's not eaten for 12 days is invited to a buffet dinner at Taj :P
To cut the melodrama short..the whole store had 50% off so I got myself the Black pumps and the Moccasins above for the price of one. I found the pumps to be cute and classy whereas the Moccasins are as comfy as my sneakers..Love'em both :)

I love Holi..I was born this day :)
And why this post not on time?
Well I was all drenched in colours back in my home town.. ;)

I didn't want to begin this post on a gloomy note but with deep grief I want to tell you gals that I have LOST all the comments of all my posts :(

Anyways..putting aside the dark clouds..let the sunshine peep through :)
Makeup brushes are to a makeup lover what chopsticks are to noodles (though I'm more of a fork person) .. crappy comparison :P I know :D
The product in discussion is the BOURJOIS Paris Kabuki Brush

Packaging:
BOURJOIS Paris Kabuki Brush comes in a flip-over plastic cover,which keeps the bristles dust free and together. I've lost mine though :(
The bristles are thickly packed and the steel finish bottom has the brand name on it.. classy!
This was the result of watching youtube makeup tutorials and it is officially my first makeup brush. Since it was the most affordable Kabuki around,I didn't give a second thought. Its small size and the perfect width make it easy to hold and apply. It picks up the right amount of product. The copper-brown coloured bristles easily camouflage the product so it doesn't look dirty in the first use itself. The bristles are soft and thickly packed. They feel good on skin! Its amazing for applying powder,blush and bronzers. Though I personally like applying bronzers with angled brushes. Its perfect for buffing bronzer and blush to make them appear seamless. Infact as a part of experiment I even applied my Boots No 7 liquid foundation with this BOURJOIS Paris Kabuki Brush and the result was an amazing air-brushed effect.
If you are concerned about how the brush fairs on the *shedding post washing* front...relax!!! It faired wonderfully well. It did not shed hair and after drying was back to its smooth thick texture :)
My Likes:
1. Bristles feel soft and smooth on skin.
2. Densely packed bristles.
3. Easy to hold and use.
4. Picks up the right amount of product.
5. Travel friendly (though I'm planning to buy a small pouch/case for it)
6. Doesn't look dirty in the first use itself.
7. Doesn't shed when washed.
8. Affordable.
9. Looks good :)
My Dislikes: 
Online availability is an issue and I would have preferred if it came with a case..still not a con for it does what it is meant to do!

Last Word:
Its a great Kabuki brush.Its multipurpose and can be used for powder,blush and bronzer (even foundi) and gives a seamless application of all the above mentioned vanity products.

Repurchase:
This won't finish off for sure :P
Might get again to gift someone :)

 Peach Glow is a deep warm orange shade. Its more rusty than peachy! Its a beautiful shade for sure and would suit all skin tones! But the very obvious golden shimmers in it make apt for night time application only!

Packaging:
Well this is probably the USP of this blush..It comes in a sleek and neat steel grey packaging,it has a mirror too and the pan click locks. Very travel friendly and classy for sure!

My Take:
I love peachy blushes and this love made me buy Faces Glam On Cream Blush in Peach Glow. I was in love with it the moment I saw it. The packaging is neat,sleek and classy.The mirror finish added to it being upmarket. But soon all this excitement was gone...the moment I swatch it :( 
A- it wasn't peachy as the name suggests..its bronzy orange :(
B- the shimmers..I'm not a fan of shimmery blushes and this one's way too shimmery for me The golden shimmers though miniscule in size come out in abundance in just a single swatch. Very Obvious in both day and night!
C- Its not creamy :( Infact its way too hard to blend and I can't even imagine applying it in winters because it gets even more stiff then! 
Now it sits pretty in my stash (don't forget its good to look at :P) waiting for all the weddings,engagements,birthdays,housewarmings and the like.. coz I definitely don't see myself wearing it other than that :/

Unfortunately my Camera couldn't capture the shimmers :(

My Likes:
1. Beautiful Packaging.
2. Comes with a mirror.
3. Click locks.
4. Takes very little space in bag.. travel friendly.
5. Won't melt in summers.
6. Highly pigmented.
7. Would look beautiful on occasions and night outs.
8. Easily available online and at faces kiosks.

My Dislikes:
1. The golden shimmers are too obvious.
2. Difficult to blend.. brushes can't blend it,u'll have to dip fingers.
3. The shade- its not peach its intense orange with red undertones.
4. Only a party wear!
5. Staying power is poor.. and the shimmers are left behind :(

Last word:
There are certain cons of online shopping... this was one! Good only for night parties :/

Repurchase:
Hell NO!!!!
